This study employed a structured, two-round modified Delphi method to establish consensus on a clinical practice teaching system for Master of Nursing Specialist (MNS) students in cardiac rehabilitation. A multidisciplinary panel of 22 experts participated. Consensus was defined a priori as an item achieving a mean score ≥ 4.0 and a coefficient of variation < 0.25. Data analysis was performed using SPSS. To ensure transparency and reproducibility, the de-identified underlying data and aggregated results have been deposited in the Figshare repository.
