RNAscope in situ hybridization against Stx3 and Cre recombinase (with a DAPI counterstain). Acquired at 63x with the same microscope settings and ImageJ post-processing on both hemispheres. Channel 1 (magenta) Stx3, Channel 2 (green) Cre recombinase, Channel 3 (blue) DAPI. 20um scale bars.
