Abstract

RNAscope in situ hybridization against Syntaxin3 (Stx3), Cre recombinase, and Flp recombinase (with a DAPI counterstain). Acquired at 63x and underwent linear unmixing. Channel 1 (magenta) Stx3, Channel 2 (grey) Flp recombinase, Channel 3 (green) Cre recombinase, Channel 4 (blue) DAPI. 10um scale bar.
