Figure S2D: Example XGal staining of two mice (MP02-4 and MP02-5) from the "dense" Cre imaging experiment.
Abstract
Images related to Supplementary figure S2D. Brightfield image shows blue XGal reaction product. Due to the genetics of the mouse, Beta-galactosidase is only expressed when Cre recombination occurred. The unilateral imaging implant can be seen along with bilateral XGal reaction product. The sections are 100um thick.
