Unlike traditional sieves or trial division, this method eliminates composites using previously generated primes and selects the maximal prime in each interval [p, p^2] to guarantee continuation. The method is decisive: results are not probabilistic but structurally absolute. We present the formation of the maximal prime chain and highlight its advantages in speed and theoretical significance.
