Abstract
In the presence of signs of chronic inflammation, it is essential to consider the possibility of biofilm infection. Use a combined approach: mechanical cleaning (debridement) + modern antiseptics (for example, Prontosan). Surfactant- and enzyme-based preparations are recommended for biofilm disruption and accelerated healing.
