Abstract
Supplementary material for "Disentangling environmental influence on wing size and shape in Partamona helleri across the Atlantic forest" published in Apidologie (https://doi.org/10.1007/s13592-026-01313-0). This file contains the genotypes of 30 Partamona helleri samples from three populations. We used five species-specific microsatellite loci, two loci transferred from Melipona bicolor, and six loci transferred from Partamona rustica. For a total of 13 genotyped microsatellite loci.
