Abstract
The comparation of the prevalence of ESBL genes between surveillance system of microbiological culture-based of single colony E coli versus metagenomic PCR method from caecal DNA sample;Total sample of chicken caecal: 200; 1). culture-based: select suspected colony of E coli, verification the species; then ESBL-DDST confirmation; and PCR for detection of ESBL genes (CTX-M, SHV, TEM); 2). Stool caecal sample DNA isolation; the PCR for detection ESBL genes; 3). Comparation between 1). vs 2).
