Abstract

This dataset contains processed single-cell RNA-sequencing (scRNA-seq) data from a cohort of 10 human oral tissue samples, including 5 primary tumor (PT), 5 metastatic lymph node (MET). The dataset includes: Seurat objects for downstream analysis .
