Abstract

The Unified Scientific Framework of Eternal Equilibrium (USFEE) is a comprehensive theoretical framework that integrates principles of time-energy harmonisation, fundamental physics, and quantum mechanics. Building upon the foundational concepts of the Akpobi Equilibrium Framework, USFEE formalises the relationship expressed by G = T × E, providing a unifying model for energy-time equilibrium across physical, mathematical, and engineered systems. USFEE bridges foundational theory and applied quantum technologies, offering detailed conceptualisations of devices such as the Coherent Energy-Balancing Device (CEBD), the Resurrection Interface System (RIS), and the END-Core (Energetic Neutralisation & Deterrence Core). These systems exemplify the framework’s applications in quantum energy management, theoretical device modeling, and interdisciplinary scientific exploration. The framework is intended for physicists, engineers, mathematicians, and interdisciplinary researchers, providing both a rigorous theoretical foundation and guidance for the development of practical quantum-informed technologies.
