Abstract

RDS file containing all the Motus data of Blackpoll Warblers tagged between 2017 and 2023 in Colombia. This dataset was used to estimate mortality risk along the pre-breeding migratory route. R script with code used to estimate latitudinal risk or mortality with a continuous-time survival model. Shapefiles of the distribution range of Blackpoll warbler were adapted from eBird status and trends maximum abundance estimates for the non-breeding, breeding and pre-breeding migration periods.
