circRNA-Panel seq data of phloem and leaf circRNAs from Brassica napus
Abstract
This dataset belongs to the publication "Characterizing the circular RNA landscape in phloem sap of Brassica napus". We performed Nanopore circRNA-Panel sequencing targeting 14 different circRNAs from two biological replicates of phloem sap and leaves from B. napus. Here, we provide bigwig files (CPM-normalized) generated from Minimap2 alignments of each of the sequenced barcodes to the B. napus genome assembly AST_PRJEB5043_v1 release-59. Each barcode resembles one circRNA target from one biological replicate from either leaves or phloem. CircRNAs amplified from phloem samples have barcodes between 1-20 and 41-60, circRNAs amplified from leaf samples have barcodes from 21-40 and 61-80. Additionally, we provide the bed-files generated by CIRI-long (by running circRNA identification, Isoform collaps and output visualization), combining the biological replicates. These bed-files provide an overview of identified circRNA isoforms from phloem and leaf samples. Fastq-files to these processed files can be found in the Sequence Read Archive (SRA) under the accession number PRNJA1267588.
