Abstract

This PDF contains Supplemental Figures 1–8 for the study “Development of Long-Term Human Adipocyte Organoids Manifesting Aging in Response to Intermittent Hypoxia.” The figures include the optimization and analyses of human adipocyte organoids derived from subcutaneous fat SVF, cultured under normoxia and intermittent hypoxia conditions to model OSA-associated aging and metabolic dysfunction, TEM and uncropped western blots. These supplemental figures support the main manuscript and provide detailed experimental results that can be used for reference, comparative studies, or further research in adipose tissue organoid modeling and hypoxia-related cellular mechanisms.
