Tepary Accessions BLUPs of seed protein%, HSW, Width and amino acids
Abstract
206 Tepary bean accessions and 4 commercial checks were cultivated, and various phenotypic measurements were recorded. BLUPs were extracted to perform genome-wide association mapping. GWAS was performed followed by candidate gene analysis within 10kb region upstream and downstream of identified significant SNPs.
