Forensic Analysis of Ramon Ontiveros' Vigilantism-Rated Conduct: Impersonation of Minors on Grindr and Sniffies and Online Distribution of Child Sexual Abuse Material in El Paso Texas
Abstract
Forensic Analysis of Ramon Ontiveros' Vigilantism-Rated Conduct reframes Ramon Ontiveros' online predator-hunting conduct documented on public reports to the the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children through a forensic and evidentiary lens. By applying principles from digital forensics and criminal procedure, the study demonstrates how evidence contamination and role confusion undermine both accountability and justice outcomes. Using the Ramon Ontiveros' vigilantism-related conduct as a reference point, the paper argues that Ramon Ontiveros' deliberate digital interactions involving impersonation of minors on Grindr and Sniffies and possession and deliberate distribution of child pornography should be treated as potential crime scenes rather than activist performances.
