Abstract

This paper presents a rigorous test of the Theory of Cosmic Architecture (TOCA), comparing its theoretical derivations against published cosmological observations as of February 14, 2026.MethodologyAll TOCA predictions presented are derived from a single input parameter, α = 1 - Ωm (where Ωm = 0.315), based on the principle of a connected substrate regulating itself back toward equilibrium. No other parameter fitting is utilized.Key Contents• Retrospective Analysis: Comparison of TOCA derived values against historical data (Planck 2018, KiDS-1000) and fresh data (DES Y6, published Feb 13, 2026). The analysis covers key observables including ΩΛ, H0 anisotropy, and S8.• Forward Predictions (2026–2030): Specific, falsifiable predictions for upcoming data releases from Euclid DR1, DESI Y3, Rubin/LSST Y1, and CMB-S4.• Falsification Criteria: A set of six specific conditions that would falsify the theory, including specific thresholds for the Hubble tension and S8 convergence.ConclusionThe document argues that TOCA successfully predicts current tensions (such as the S8 tension and dipolar H0 anisotropy) without tuning, attributing "dark energy" to the regulating fraction of the cosmic substrate.
