Beyond Trauma: A Comparative Analysis of Resilience, Socio-Economic Disparities, and the Power of Sublimation in Former Institutionalized Children (Care Leavers)
Abstract
This analytical report examines the systemic gap between former institutionalized children (Care Leavers) and the general population. Based on statistical data (2024-2026), it identifies structural failures in the transition to adulthood and introduces "Sublimation" as a vital survival strategy. The author, an accomplished FIDE Master with over 1,002 chess studies, uses this paper to demonstrate how the "childhood radiance" and analytical discipline can overcome institutional trauma. It is a call for state responsibility to protect and foster the intellectual potential of vulnerable children.
