Abstract

This document presents the complete results of six strict hard tests of the Theory of Cosmic Architecture (ToCA) against observational data.Validation Results (PASS) The model successfully predicts: • High-z Star Formation Efficiency: Matches BK23 data at z = 9.1 and z = 7.5 using a dynamic self-calibration parameter. • Low-z SFRD: Matches the decline in Star Formation Rate Density (Madau & Dickinson 2014) via S₀ scaling. • Structure Growth (fσ₈): Predicts the observed suppression of structure growth at low redshift (z < 1) better than ΛCDM.Blind Forward Predictions (2026-2032)The document registers quantitative, falsifiable predictions for upcoming missions including Euclid, Roman, and DESI. These include specific intervals for the Star Formation Efficiency curve and fσ₈ suppression.MethodologyAll tests use locked model parameters with no post-hoc tuning. The total regulatory efficiency is decomposed into known cosmological and unknown baryonic contributions:α_total = α_known × α_unknown
