This paper introduces AquaNumerica—a novel interdisciplinary framework that reinterprets sustainable water management, climate‑adaptive agriculture, and carbon‑negative aquaculture through a structured numerical‑philosophical lens. Moving beyond conventional engineering approaches, the framework identifies three cardinal numbers—3 (Water‑Food‑Energy Nexus), 7 (Full Water Cycle Sanctity), and 12 (Polycultural Agricultural Rhythm)—as foundational codes for designing resilient, self‑renewing socio‑ecological systems.
