Defenses of Sepsis flies

This submission contains all the data files, R analyses and MATLAB computer simulation code for the manuscript: Baranovičová L, Fromhage L, Raspotnig G, Bodner M & Pekár S 2026: Efficiency of defenses of polymorphic Sepsis flies and the evolution of polymorphism. The folder DATA contains the raw and partially processed data used for the R analyses. There is also a readme file describing the contents of each folder and file in this submission, including the MATLAB code. The folder R CODE contains the R analyses. The R script reads the files in the folder DATA, therefore, these two folders must be downloaded together. The folder MATLAB CODE contains the MATLAB simulation of phenotype selection. The simulation can be started from the file "main.m".
