Abstract

This preprint presents an almost-complete draft of Mass–Energy Gravity (MEG), a unified framework in which a single scalar energy-density contrast field and its steepness govern coherent structure and observer-facing dynamics across scales. MEG replaces particles, gauge fields, dark matter, dark energy, and fundamental spacetime curvature with a single contrast-based field constrained by three universal rules: a hard Unified Limit (steepness ceiling), a hydrogen-anchored Harmonic Ladder (quantized admissible locks with fixed stride), and a universal Snap–Margin (coherence tolerance enforcing discrete regulation and snaps). The draft develops MEG’s saturation field equation (MEG–E3D), re-expresses quantum phenomena (superposition, measurement, tunneling, entanglement) as boundary-constrained ladder locks, derives charge/electromagnetism as packet logistics on bridges and guides, and treats thermodynamics as ladder-constrained pathway counting. It extends to condensed matter (phase plateaus, polymorph edges, elastic clustering), astrophysics (compact-object ceiling, mass deserts, finite-ceiling collapse), cosmology without dark sectors (scalar-lag interpretation of SN Ia dimming, CMB damping-tail target, BAO half-rung shoulder, structure without CDM), chemistry (periodic-table audit with null controls), biology (amino-acid tier occupancy and chromatin ladder dynamics), nuclear/strong correspondence, and laboratory/planetary discriminators.References are not yet fully finalized and appendices may be added in subsequent revisions, but the core framework, domain coverage, and falsification targets are stated explicitly.
