Gaseous exchange by Skin
Abstract
Human body parts exchange gases with the environment. This was observed when the body was immersed in salt water in a bath, air bubbles were formed all around the skin. To verify if it was from the water, the air bubbles were all removed gently wiping it off. It was observed again after a few minutes that the bubbles were formed all over the skin settling around the hairs of the skin which slowly ecsaped into the air from water.
