R/Quarto Script for Longitudinal Echocardiography Mixed-Effects Analysis

This Quarto (.qmd) script performs statistical analysis of the summarized echocardiography dataset. It imports the structured CSV file, fits linear mixed-effects models (glmmTMB) with genotype and age as fixed effects and animal as a random effect, performs model diagnostics, adjusts p-values across related endpoints, and generates publication-ready visualizations. The script reproduces the longitudinal cardiac function analyses presented in the manuscript.
