Seven_Class_Upper_Limb_Movements_Dataset

This fNIRS dataset consisting of six tasks involving upper-limb movements including hand open (HO), hand close (HC), wrist up (WU), wrist down (WD), elbow flexion (EF), elbow extension (EE), and a rest state (RS). The dataset was acquired from 20 healthy participants evenly balanced in male and female population so that it could be analyzed by gender in case it would be needed. NIRSport2 system was used for acquiring the data. Optodes were placed on the motor cortex region of the brain. The dataset uploaded contains HbO raw filtered data. nirsLAB software was used for filtering the data.
