Abstract

The method generates new neurons and achieves high-efficiency network integration through excessive synaptogenesis, while simultaneously creating a nutrient-rich micro-environment. These conditions are direct analogues of the neuroplastic milieu found in the brains of newborns—and, as is well known, infants exhibit 100 % functional recovery after brain injuries.
