Abstract

Large-scale metagenomic investigations of 99 samples collected along vertical profiles of 0-100 cm mangrove sediment cores were conducted in our previous studies. In this study, we further analyzed these datasets and recovered 27 AOA MAGs, constituting one of the most extensive coastal mangrove AOA genome inventories to date.
