Abstract

This item contains the phylogenetic data supporting the analyses of Hexatilemonas jangsaensis in "Distribution and feeding of Hexatilemonas jangsaensis, a novel cosmopolitan member of the uncultured marine Apusomonad clade" (Environmental Microbiology). It includes (1) the original sequence alignment (two datasets: full-length 18S rDNA alignment (27-taxon) and environmental sequence alignment (121-taxon); unmasked), (2) alignments masked site, (3) phylogenetic tree files.Files included:- 27-taxonHexatilemonas_Original alignment.fasta: Unmasked alignment used as input for maskingHexatilemonas_alignmet_Marked site.cvs: List of masked sites applied to the unmasked alignmentHexatilemonas.treefile: Maximum-likelihood (ML) tree inferred with IQ-TREE (.treefile format)Hexatilemonas.nex.con.tre: Bayesian consensus tree inferred with MrBayes (.con.tre format)- 121-taxonHexatilemonas_TARA_Original alignment.fasta: Unmasked alignment used as input for maskingHexatilemonas_TARA_alignmet_Marked site.cvs: List of masked sites applied to the unmasked alignmentHexatilemonas_TARA.treefile: Maximum-likelihood (ML) tree inferred with IQ-TREE (.treefile format)Hexatilemonas_TARA.nex.con.tre: Bayesian consensus tree inferred with MrBayes (.con.tre format)Methods are fully described in the associated manuscript. These files correspond to Figure 4–5 in the manuscript. The dataset is released to enable reproducibility and reuse.
