R code scripts for AoH production, fire cross, wildfire groupings, analysis and plotting

The R code script "AoH production and Fire Cross" provides examples for the production of Area of Habitat (AoH) maps; crossing these AoH maps with a global dataset of stand-replacing fires; and the assignment of fire values to specific wildfire habitat groupings. The R code script "Workflow Analysis and Plotting" provides examples for how these previously produced data were analysed and plotted to produce each of the 5 figures in the main manuscript.
