Abstract

This dataset supports the manuscript entitled “A river runs through it: intraspecific variability in hotter-drought-related physiological traits across the Mississippi divide in Pinus taeda L.”.It all physiological measurements (allometric, growth and survival traits) collected from the 49 studied trees used in the analyses presented in the manuscript. It also includes the SurEau Master files used to run the simulations described in the study. These files correspond to the parameterization and input configurations used for the model simulations. The dataset enables full reproducibility of the analyses and simulations presented in the manuscript.
