Thermal conductivity enhancement as a function of isotope concentration
Abstract
Thermal conductivity enhancement as a function of isotope concentration. Three different isotope concentrations: ideal isotopically pure graphite (0.00% 13C), the purified sample (0.07% 13C), natural abundance HOPG (1.10% 13C), and pure graphite (0.00% 13C) calculated from the PBTE within the single-mode relaxation time approximation (RTA) respectively.
