Abstract

This research assess the long-term impacts of agricultural management in the soil priming effect across European sites. The research relates the soil priming effect to different chemical and microbial variables, including composition of the soil communities. This item includes data corresponding to metabarcoding of 16S rRNA and 18S rRNA gene sequencing.
