Abstract

Transcriptomic data of Gastrodia elata were obtained from our previous sequencing efforts (data available upon request), which included samples of immature tubers under normal low temperature (13℃), immature tubers symbiotic with A. mellea at 23℃, and mature tubers, as referenced in the Introduction and Results sections.
