Sequence alignments for mitogenomic phylogenetic analyses in Matsushima et al.

This repository contains sequence alignments used for the mitogenomic phylogenetic analyses in Matsushima et al. The datasets comprise alignments of 13 mitochondrial protein-coding genes (PCGs) and two rRNA genes from seven tanaidacean species, 71 non-tanaidacean peracarid species, and two non-peracarid outgroup species. Alignment_A.zip contains the original gene-wise alignments (one alignment per gene) of the 13 PCGs and two rRNA genes prior to trimming to the shortest sequence length among taxa and removal of alignment-ambiguous sites. Alignment_B.zip contains gene-wise alignments used for the Dataset 1 and Dataset 3 analyses. Alignment_C.zip contains gene-wise alignments used for the Dataset 2 analysis.
