This dataset is specifically constructed for tasks in photonics and machine learning, aiming to establish a non-linear mapping relationship between metamaterial geometric structures and their electromagnetic responses. The dataset comprises 3,125 independent sample pairs, where each sample consists of a set of structural parameters and its corresponding absorption spectrum across the 200–400 nm wavelength band. The data is stored in pure numerical format within two separate CSV files: parameters.csv (containing structural parameter data) and spectra.csv (containing absorption spectrum data).
