Contains code for the manuscript "Autogenic shoreline migration and its effect on the storage of carbon in marginal marine successions." Included are the scripts for the simple reactive continuum model used to generate Figure 6 and the breakpoint identification in the shoreline location spectral data for TDB 18-1 and TDWB 19-2.
