Abstract

This dataset includes hydrographic parameters, nutrient concentrations, particulate organic carbon (POC), dissolved inorganic carbon (DIC), chlorophyll a (Chl-a), transparent exopolymer particles (TEP), bacterial relative abundance data, and the calculated rPreNOx and rPrePO4 values from six stations in the Northwest Pacific.
