CIREN Project Report Templates

These are the CIREN project report templates in Microsoft Word format including the Mid-project and Final Project reports. These templates are used by CIREN facilitators to report on the progress and results of research engagement projects. These templates include fields for project information (title, principal investigator (PI), facilitator, and other project team members, start/end dates, and report date) and sections for the report including introduction, work plan progress (mid-project only), project next steps (mid-project only), project report (final only), deliverables and knowledge transfer (final only), and work plan. Each section has italicized instructions concerning the content to provide for each section.
