Medical Litigation Peer Support Educational Materials Study- Dataset

Medical malpractice litigation is a common and distressing event for clinicians, and there are limited options to address their mental health during this stressful time. The Medical Litigation Peer Support program at our institution supports clinicians involved inmalpractice litigation. We developed training materials which included (1) Medical Litigation Peer Support Facilitator Training Guide and (2) Medical Litigation Peer Support Program Template and Guide for Implementation to allow other health care entities to replicate the program. This study assessed expert perception of the quality and effectiveness of these novel educational resources.
