Abstract

RNA sequencing data derived post mortem brain biopsies from a South African cohort (FIND 2.0). Nuclei were isolated and sorted based on transcription factors prior to processing for single nuclei or bulk RNA sequencing. We compared the effect of ART on neuroinflammation.
