MILAN multiplex proteomics stainings of human MASLD biopsies: digital reconstructions and overlay images

By integrating single-nucleus transcriptomics, spatial multi-omics, and proteomics in human liver samples, we delineate the evolving landscape of hepatic macrophages across the MASLD spectrum.
