PMS-MR pCLE Stitching Code.zip

This code accompanies our study on image stitching for probe-based confocal laser endomicroscopy (pCLE) under variable-speed probe motion. It implements the proposed PMS-MR framework for mismatch rejection and registration, and provides the core processing pipeline used for pCLE image stitching experiments.
