Complete genome sequence of Marinobacterium marisflavi strain IMCC4074
Abstract
Data file 1. Genome features of M. marisflavi IMCC4074.Data file 2. Circular genome map of Marinobacterium marisflavi strain IMCC4074. The genome map was generated using the Proksee online tool with Prokka-based genome annotation. From the outermost to the innermost ring, the map displays predicted coding sequences (CDSs), GC content, GC skew, and the genome size scale.Data file 3. Phylogenetic placement of M. marisflavi IMCC4074. The genome-based phylogenetic tree illustrates the placement of Marinobacterium marisflavi strain IMCC4074 relative to type strains of other species within the genus Marinobacterium. Branch labels indicate the genome assembly accession numbers of the reference genomes used for tree construction. The phylogenomic tree was inferred using RAxML v8.2.12 under the PROTGAMMAAUTO model based on a concatenated alignment of 120 universal single-copy marker proteins generated by GTDB-Tk. Branch support was evaluated using 100 bootstrap replicates. The genome of Halomonas elongata (GCA_000196875.2) was used as the outgroup.Data file 4. Genomic relatedness among Marinobacterium species. Pairwise average nucleotide identity (ANI) values were calculated among validly published type strains of the genus Marinobacterium, including Marinobacterium marisflavi strain IMCC4074, to assess their genomic relatedness.Data file 5. Genome characteristics of Marinobacterium marisflavi IMCC4074ᵀ and its phylogenetically closest species. Basic genome features of Marinobacterium marisflavi IMCC4074ᵀ were compared against phylogenetically closest species within genus Marinobacterium.
