Supplementary Tables S1 - S16
Abstract
This dataset contains the supplementary tables associated with the article "Genetic trade-offs in fertility and longevity explain the maintenance of disease-associated alleles in humans" published in Nature Ecology & Evolution. The file is provided in Microsoft Excel format (.xlsx) and contains 16 worksheets, each corresponding to a numbered supplementary table (Supplementary Tables S1–S16). All data were generated as part of the analyses described in the main manuscript and are intended to be read in conjunction with it. The tables include: Table S1: Genomic risk loci, independent SNPs, lead SNPs and mapped genes from FUMA SNP2GENE analysis of the fertility meta-analysis GWAS.Table S2: Associations between polygenic scores derived from the fertility meta-analysis GWAS and pregnancy measures in linear regression models adjusting for relevant covariates.Table S3: Genetic correlations and SNP-based heritability estimates (LDSC) between fertility, longevity and 62 complex diseases.Table S4: Independent pleiotropic SNPs (conjFDR < 0.05) shared between longevity and 62 complex diseases.Table S5: FUMA GENE2FUNC gene-set enrichment and tissue expression analysis for loci pleiotropic between longevity and 62 complex diseases.Table S6: Independent pleiotropic SNPs (conjFDR < 0.05) shared between fertility and 62 complex diseases.Table S7: Independent pleiotropic SNPs (conjFDR < 0.05) shared between longevity and fertility.Table S8: Univariable Mendelian Randomisation (UVMR) results for causal effects of 62 complex diseases on longevity.Table S9: Multivariable Mendelian Randomisation (MVMR) results for causal effects of 62 complex diseases on longevity, adjusting for educational attainment and household income.Table S10: Univariable Mendelian Randomisation (UVMR) results for causal effects of 62 complex diseases on fertility.Table S11: Multivariable Mendelian Randomisation (MVMR) results for causal effects of 62 complex diseases on fertility, adjusting for educational attainment and household income.Table S12: Univariable Mendelian Randomisation (UVMR) results for causal effects of fertility on 62 complex diseases.Table S13: Multivariable Mendelian Randomisation (MVMR) results for causal effects of fertility on 62 complex diseases, adjusting for educational attainment and household income.Table S14: Demographic characteristics of diagnosed and undiagnosed individuals in the top 10% polygenic score category for 62 complex diseases.Table S15: Metadata for complex trait GWAS summary statistics used in analyses.Table S16: FUMA GENE2FUNC gene-set enrichment and tissue expression analysis for loci pleiotropic between fertility and 62 complex diseases.
