Abstract

This dataset contains anonymized pre- and post-intervention assessment scores for 50 participants (P001–P050) divided into a Control group (n=25) and an Experimental group (n=25). Data were collected using a structured observational instrument with 20 Likert-scale items (1–5) grouped into four cognitive domains: Attention and Concentration (5 items), Memory (5 items), Language and Communication (5 items), and Logical Thinking (5 items). The dataset includes two assessment time points: an initial assessment (pre-intervention) and a final assessment (post-intervention), enabling comparison of cognitive performance before and after the applied intervention. Participant identifiers (names and surnames) have been replaced with sequential anonymous codes (P001–P050) in compliance with F1000Research data sharing requirements. No personally identifiable information remains in the dataset. The file contains three sheets: an Anonymization Certificate, the Pre-Intervention Data Matrix, and the Post-Intervention Data Matrix.
