Supplementary Figure for the publication: "Validation of tick cell line origin by sequencing and assembly of complete mitogenomes".We assembled the mitochondria genomes of nine tick cell lines deposited at the Tick Cell Biobank, University of Liverpool, using a combination of long- and short-reads sequencing. The study highlights the use of mitochondrial genomes for confirming cell line species.The phylogenetic tree was constructed from a supermatrix of nine protein coding gene nucleotide sequences with best-fit nucleotide substitution model GTR+F+I+I+R9.
