Supplementary simulation code

This software package contains the supplementary MATLAB simulation code for the manuscript “An Output-Residual-Driven Adaptive Narrowband Feedforward Method for Suppressing Power Jitter in EDFA Systems.” The code implements the dynamic EDFA simulation model, pump-based feedback control, event-triggered baseline/reference generation, VOA-based adaptive narrowband feedforward compensation, frequency locking, power-domain I/Q demodulation, and secondary-path-aware I/Q-LMS coefficient update. It also includes simulation scripts used to evaluate add/drop operating-point transitions, frequency variation, secondary-path mismatch, sparse multi-frequency disturbances, and cascaded EDFA operation, supporting reproduction of the main numerical results and figures reported in the manuscript.
