Abstract
Digital interventions hold substantial promise for family reform but are heavily constrained by the digital divide and cultural dissonance. Advancing the digital therapeutic landscape in underrepresented regions requires the participatory co-design of indigenous, culturally responsive interventions, moving beyond the wholesale importation of Western technologies.
