Abstract

This dataset corresponds to the quantitative statistical analysis conducted as part of a doctoral study on the management of community representation and its relationship with social conflict mediation. The study employs a correlational-explanatory design aimed at determining the degree of association and predictive capacity among the study variables, as well as explaining the underlying causal relationships between the constructs analyzed.Data were collected using a Likert-type scale administered to the study sample, capturing perceptions and ordinal assessments regarding the dimensions of community representation and conflict management. The file includes the cleaned dataset and the results of the statistical processing, utilizing the following techniques: Ordinal regression, to model the relationship between predictor variables and the dependent variable measured on an ordinal scale.Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), to evaluate causal relationships between latent constructs and verify the fit of the proposed theoretical model. The file (.xlsx) contains spreadsheets with the coded data matrix, the results of the statistical tests performed, and the output tables used to interpret the findings in the doctoral thesis. This dataset is shared to ensure scientific transparency and replicability, and to serve as documentary support for the quantitative analysis presented in Stefany Saldaña Velasquez's doctoral research.
