This dataset contains the bibliometric data underlying the study "Profile of Medical Tunisian COVID-19 Publications Indexed in PubMed and Web of Science: A Comprehensive Bibliometric Analysis (2020–2024)." It includes PMIDs and coded variables (publication year, thematic category, study design, language, journal, SJR/JIF quartile, country of authorship, collaboration status, citation counts, funding source, and conflict of interest disclosure) for 771 Tunisian medical COVID-19-related publications indexed between 11 March 2020 and 5 May 2024.
