DMSTA2 Model Files for Comparison with the DMSTAr R Package

This dataset contains archived Dynamic Model for Stormwater Treatment Areas, Version 2 (DMSTA2) project files used in Julian et al. (submitted). The collection includes selected model applications from the Restoration Strategies Negotiation Phase, Central Everglades Planning Project Post-Authorization Change Report, Western Everglades Restoration Project, and Lake Okeechobee System Operating Manual.The files provide model configurations, parameters, historical input time series, simulation cases, and water- and phosphorus-balance outputs for Stormwater Treatment Areas, Flow Equalization Basins, storage reservoirs, and connected treatment networks. Selected scenarios were used to compare the original spreadsheet-based DMSTA2 model with the R-based DMSTAr implementation. Project information and files were reproduced from entries in the South Florida Water Management District’s Statewide Model Management System to provide a stable, citable archive. Julian, P, W.W.
